Serving theatrical drinks and cocktails late into the night alongside a delicious menu of Asian-inspired dishes. The vibrant and playful destination entertains, inspires and excites guests from the moment they step inside.

Our dress code is smart-casual and quite relaxed. We just ask that the general look does not appear too sporty i.e. tracksuits/football shirts/baseball caps. Smart trainers are allowed. We do not allow flip flops to be worn.

Delicious food but arrived in a strange order- nibbles (edamame) for example came the same time as large plates. Constantly had to chase the waiter down, firstly to order and for when missing plates of food was coming. He wasn’t bothered and didn’t offer any apologies, acted as if it was totally normal. Didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Really disappointed by the overall service levels for the price paid. Was a business meal and felt embarrassed on behalf of the clients I was taking out. Won’t be rushing back, which is a shame as the food is so tasty!

We had a table booked for 7pm and arrived a few minutes early. We’re told by the downstairs staff to wait. Which we did. No chairs or sofas or anything. After ten minutes I checked again (there had during our waiting time been others who arrived and were sent straight up) and after a bit of a discussion with colleagues we were sent upstairs to wait in the bar area. It was now ten past and we were losing patience a little especially when told it could be another 15-20 min wait. Waited another 10-15 minutes before we were finally given our table. The room is beautiful but the noise level is deafening. Took a long time to get ordered. First lot of food came out relatively quickly but we had to ask for the remainder of our dishes. No soy sauce offered with sushi!! Generally really quite disappointed by the experience with the only saving grace were the room and the food. Service really needs to be looked at. As do noise levels. If it’s really bad acoustics already why play really loud music?

Front of house was terrible. Booking was for 7pm but we arrived early (6:15pm). Asked if we could eat early but told to come back at 7pm (which we had no problem with). Back at 7pm with the lobby full of other guests waiting. Had to ask again at 7:10pm what time we would be seated since other guests (some of whom arrived after us) were being taken to their tables. Eventually taken to bar area where we had to wait another 5 minutes before we were seated. Food was good but portions small (even their 'large plates'). Venue and ambiance is stunning.

We had an amazing and were served by Emma she was phenomenal. Informative, vibrant and very attentive. Even when we had to give up the table she made sure there was space at the bar for us to have more drinks and the bar team were amazing too. Especially a gentleman with a short cut and I believe a bird tattoo on his hand I forgot to get his name but he just made the rest of the night that more special

Prenotato tavolo per le ore 19:45, seduto al tavolo alle 20.15. Musica di sottofondo assordante per poter parlare con mia moglie dovevo urlare. Servizio scarso ho ordinato un vino me ne hanno portato un altro.

Food was very good, but extremely disappointed in the delay and lateness to be seated. Table was booked for 7:45pm, we was seated at the bar for this time and told our table was not ready. We was not seated until 8:15pm. I have stated this was a birthday celebrating and we was not offered anything. However I had seen other tables given a complementary dessert and wished Happy Birthday. By the time we ate and paid it was almost 10pm. I would have disputed the service charge but just wanted to leave by this point

Not what it used to be. Poor experience as soon as you walk in the door. Met at reception and then left standing there for 10 minutes (we arrived 3 mins early). Things felt much better when we were finally allowed upstairs, really good feel to the place. Our table wasn’t ready, but we were well looked after by the barman. Once sat at our table, service was good, the ambience and look of the room is good. Food however is frankly poor. I first went to Ivy Asia when it was a relatively new concept a few years ago. It now really feels like the passion has gone from the kitchen. I don’t mind paying top dollar for top food, but what we were served was consistently mediocre at best. The wagu beef was inedible, so sent it back, the duck was pappy and greasy. For reference, we both had the Ivy Asia Premium Experience menu. Whilst quality control has clearly gone out the window, they continue to charge as if they’re still at the top of their game. Looks like Richard Caring is selling up just in time.

We had a great time for my daughters 21st birthday. Our waiter was friendly, professional with a sense of humour. He was attentive and looked after us, I enjoyed his cocktail recomendation. The food came quickly, was hot and tasty. The portion sizes were larger than expected. The restaurant is beautifully decorated from floor to ceiling, the ambience and lighting change as you in to the evening and view of St Paul's is great. Would definitely come again.
