Excellent experience, more than just food and drinks - as my friend said, it's bringing you to the other world altogether. The ambience, the friendly atmosphere and the selection in the menu are just outstanding.

Incredible experience. Everything was exceptional. The food, the decor, the ambience, the service. I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys Asian cuisine and a fine dining experience.

Friendly staff, beautiful restaurant design and interesting menu. However we felt the service was rushed, table not big enough for 4 people so the beautiful food displays were lost on us as they had to be dismantled to fit everything on. Our starters arrived before our cocktails, which we had to chase. We had to ask waiter to slow the food arrival down as we would have been in & out within an hour having spent £500 in an hour!! Food was tasty and interesting flavours. Nice to try but not sure we would rush back.

The ambiance was great & food looked & tasted amazing. The presentation was very good. However I feel that we were really rushed. I was there to celebrate my birthday and wanted to relax with my friends. The waiter kept asking if were ready to order. Even though I had asked him give us 2 mins to look at the menu. Then another waitress came asking the same thing. We ordered starters & said we would like to wait for a bit for our mains. We were forced to order mains but assured that they won’t come straight away. I requested the waiter not to rush. But they quickly took our plates back & brought the mains. Again we were really rushed to order the dessert & pay quickly. I didn’t like being rushed at all. And might think twice before going back 😞

The food was delicious, the service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and even sang happy birthday to my daughter! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

We celebrated International woman's day at the venue. Food was amazing and staff were so attentive and professional. Definitely will be coming back!

Disappointing Experience at Ivy Asia! I had high expectations for Ivy Asia, given its reputation and steep prices, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the hype. While the ambiance is undeniably elegant, and the menu boasts an impressive selection, the service was shockingly poor for a restaurant of this caliber. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that efficiency was not a priority. Getting drinks or refills felt like a test of patience. Dishes arrived sporadically, with long gaps between courses, making the meal feel more like a waiting game than a fine dining experience. When the food finally did arrive, it was well-executed, but the frustration of the evening overshadowed any enjoyment. For the prices they charge, I expected impeccable service, yet our server seemed overwhelmed, inattentive, and indifferent. Even basic requests took ages to be fulfilled. While the setting and cuisine have potential, the lackluster service made the experience feel like a waste of time and money. If you’re paying top dollar, you should receive top-tier service—unfortunately, Ivy Asia falls embarrassingly short in that department.

No adaquate service. Waited over 25 Minutes to be served then I had to find a waiter to take our order just to get water. Then no water bought to table or beverages bought to table before the meal arrived. Had to go to the bar to order further drinks. No plates cleared. Literally no service. Might as well have gone to the kitchen and picked up food ourselves.. Staff were not courteous or any had any appropriate engagement with customer. Sadly it was a very disappointing birthday experience for my daughters yesterday. I never usually write reviews but was so upset with Ivy Asia experience. Myself and my two daughters left feeling like we had a horrible experience.
