Bar service very slow, were were given main course before having to ask twice for our drinks when we first arrived. We also arrived early my husband used the bathroom we waited at bar to enjoy drinks and multiply people were served ahead of us arriving well after us. Very frustrating as embarrassing to ask

Diasappointed with the Service - not our server but the fact that we waited 15 minutes for first drinks - which when they came were wrong. Again ordering second round waited another 15 minutes. We’re served Still Water not Table Water, told waiter but the Still Water was charged on the bill, had to ask for it to be taken off. Were incorrectly charged for drinks which had to be taken off. Food was good, but really small portions on the Large Plates, felt cheated. Almost certainly won’t recommend to friends. It was our second visit to Ivy Asia Mayfair, we went this time last year and it was good. A disappointing Christmas Treat whilst in London.

sara was amazing very friendly and took pictures of us which were perfect. the violinist was amazing and beautifully talented we really enjoyed her music. an overall lovely memorable experience.

I regularly visit the Ivy, so this was new to me. Must say, the decor, especially the floor is amazing. Food on point, service great. Definitely will go back.

After a previous disappointing visit earlier in the year this one made up for it. A lovely way to spend an afternoon

Having been to Ivy Asia previously we were expecting the very high standards we have received before. Although this was the case in both quality of food and service. Unfortunately, the experience was over shadowed by the constant photo shots, Instagram posts etc by people on tables close to ours, this added with the constant up & down from the table to take other pictures and no thought to the guests around them, this did have a detrimental impact on our experience. Having talked to the staff this was confirmed that this is a rising trend and is causing issues with the staff. I would strongly recommend that you put a ban in place for the use of these smart phones. If a guest wants to take a picture, they can simply ask a member of your team to do so.

Réservation de la table 23h Je passe commande et 10 min après , un plat sur 2 arrive. Ensuite le 2eme plat arrive ( 10 min après ). Puis une fois les plats terminés arrivent les sushi. Une fois le plat demande , un serveur me demande si je veux un dessert , je lui dit oui mais il me dit que la cuisine a fermé en m’amenant l’addition. Service 0
