    The whole experience in such a beautiful restaurant was great, however the wine once ordered was always arriving too late with all courses.

    The restaurant is beautiful! The food was delicious and really filling (we had the set menu). We were put on a table for 2 but in a really tight table in a row of tables that were full even when there were others tables free throughout the room so it felt a bit cramped and a squeeze to get in and out. I asked for water when I arrived and it took a long time to come but the food came out in good time, and as I said, was delicious!

    “While the ambiance and pricing set high expectations, I found that the overall experience did not quite match. The quality of the food did not justify the cost, and I had hoped for a more refined or flavorful dining experience. Additionally, certain aspects of the service/environment could be improved to align with the premium pricing. I appreciate the effort, but I believe there is room for enhancement.”

    A beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere and amazing decor. The food was good but nothing outstanding considering the price and they bring the food out at different times - basically when it’s cooked so everyone is eating at different points which spoils the experience somewhat. Service was great but we had to wait ages for our drinks, the food arrived before our drinks which I had to complain about. Shame really, I was expecting more for such a renowned restaurant.

    The restaurant itself is beautiful, but I was somewhat disappointed with both the service and the food. I had expected at least one warm item in the vegetarian afternoon tea, but everything was served cold. Additionally, I had to inform the staff that there was no soap in the restrooms—something so basic that every restaurant should stay on top of.

    The staff was absolutely amazing, but the food and drink were simply not worth the exorbitant prices. Over £200 for a mere serving of food is simply outrageous.
