Before we even had our reservation I left flowers to be brought out for my daughter later that evening! Staff from the The Ivy offered to bring to The Ivy Asia for us (excellent service from your sister company). From entering the building in the Ivy Asia to leaving, staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. We absorbed every detail and loved the staffs recommendations your new Graduation menu didn’t disappoint and we had one diner nervous of trying and loved the whole experience as much as we did!

I brought my partner here for his birthday and I can honestly say it was probably the best restaurant we’ve ever been to! All of the staff were so lovely and accommodating, there’s even a cloak room too if you have bags and coats which I thought was great! I’m not a big meat eater but it was the best meat I’ve ever eaten! All of the food was just amazing and the presentation was lovely, the decor and overall experience was just incredible and I can’t wait to come again! Thank you so much for having us and I will be recommending it to everyone! Amazing!! Thank you! :D

found the whole experience disappointing, it’s not our first time either, had breakfast that morning in Ivy next door, first issue small table for even 2 people to have food & drinks etc over crowded once food started to come, over priced mains, have eaten fillet steak in better restaurants for less, will say friendly staff though, but too many.

Table for 4 to celebrate my daughters 16th. The team allowed us to adjust the arrival time to earlier than anticipated with short notice, and immediately acknowledged the special occasion upon arrival. Experience throughout was superb with two small exceptions. Bao buns - there was literally barely any filling, and the filling/dough ratio was probably about 5/95 making it tasteless and unpleasant, probably the worst bao I have ever eaten. Also - the white whine we ordered was warm...and it wasn't a cheap wine. It had to go and be reduced to an acceptable temperature whilst we ate our food. It should never have been brought to the table at it's original temperature, at such a high end establishment it would have been more appropriate if we had been offered (complimentary) two small house glasses of white so that we had something to drink whilst our wine was brought to temperature. These are not big things but when you are spending c£350 on a meal for 4 people it is these little things that make the difference.
