Just an amazing experience from the arrival welcome to the bar area and then first class food and service . Big thankyou to Sara g - our server - so professional and took time to explain the menu and options . The restaurant is stunning- the team are exemplary and food is excellent. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the venue .

Service and quality of the food was incredible. Our waiter James was professional and respectful. The DJ and live performance by a glamorous lady playing an electronic violin to dance classics was such a bonus & suited our evening so well. It can be on the pricy side but the standard is so high it's more than worth it. Beautiful decor & lit up floor, polite & well trained staff, incredible food and ambience, it's an experience you must try.

The food, ambience and live music entertainment was amazing, worth every penny. However the person serving us was struggling so his colleagues helped out on a few occasions

A beautiful setting with a great welcome but service afterwards a little slow. Food was on the whole good with a lovely tempura but only five prawns in the prawn curry! Nice birthday treat for my children which was included.

We were extremely disappointed about the food. We ordered 4 x premium experience menu. The Californian rolls, tempura prawns, pork dumplings and the beef were of a poor quality. The wine was very pleasant. The main waiter was good but the others were non existent and in another world. We had to call them numerous times to grab their attention. When we left the table, nobody said goodbye until we reached the main front door, especially having given the staff a 12% tip on a large bill. We are unlikely to return! Last month, we were at The Ivy, Guilford. The customer service was better but the food was as poor as The Ivy Asia- Appalling!
