The food was very poor and extremely average but the prices were not! A fusion of Asian food but nothing done as well as a dedicated restaurant offering food from one region. The setting is attractive but the content is not .

The ambience, lighting and general vibe here is great. The food was good, tasty but not amazing. However the service ruined it for us. We had a very surly waiter, no greeting, smiles or interaction. The food arrived super fast and our waiter was repeatedly trying to take our plates as soon as we’d finished… I wanted to keep licking the sauce and juices. I asked him 3 times to leave them. It gave the impression of wanting us to hurry up , eat and leave as soon as possible. Maybe we were just unlucky with this particular waiter but it left us with a rather disgruntled feeling and I’m not sure I’ll be in a big hurry to return.

Don’t EVER book for dinner if you are more than 4 people and over 50 yrs old. The music ( the DJ and her console stands in the middle of the room) the does not permit for group conversation…and beyond middle age you still have to speak into the ear of the guest seated next to you. Lunch is a whole other story. No DJ and food and service is always exquisite!

First of all, a huge positive - All staff were very welcoming of my wife's guide dog. Guide dogs "allowed" is very different from guide dogs "welcome" and we felt genuinely welcomed. Really well done. The food was great, really tasty, thoroughly enjoyed. My wife enjoyed her cocktails and I enjoyed my oolong tea. The lighting was bit dim for us, and the music a bit intrusive. My wife's dessert was delicious and they bought us some gratis mochi as it was her birthday - A nice touch. All in all, a very enjoyable evening.
