We were tended to very attentively throughout. The food was outstanding and what a selection. The service was much the same, excellent. Thank you all so much. We will definitely book again.

Bring a very regular client, I had for the first time a very unpleasant experience. The food was -let’s say- good The way we were welcome was average, the service appalling for a place of they price level On top thé food was served in the wrong order, starting with the main course !!! No style from the waiters. You guys have some serious staff hiring to deliver and get back on track.

WARNING. The online menu is wrong as to the allergy information. We had somebody with a severe nut allergy so we researched this before visiting, they admitted that the menu they give you at the table is different and then expect you to use a QR code to check it yourself. One would hope with the severity of nut allergy and establishment like this would get it right. Same on you IVY, you could kill somebody. The service was worse than bad, 6.30 booking, 20 minutes of no service at all, by the time we even got a drink it was nearly 7.30, despite pushing them hard and not getting everything we ordered we didn’t leave until 9.45.

Had the afternoon tea here, in terms of taste and variety it wasn’t great. The desserts were 10/10 though, savoury - 3/10. Would like to come back to try their main menu

Excellent food, great decor, unacceptably shoddy service. We were constantly reminded that we only had the table for 2 hours from the second we walked in. The irony of this being that it took half an hour to get a cocktail, and when we did the server forgot our order of nibbles to go with them. Fortunately we ordered the set menu which included them. They got delivered along with all the starters, and from then on it was a battle to stop them bringing food long enough to digest any. When we asked for a pause between appetisers and sushi we were told 'I'm not rushing you, but it's literally my job to replace empty plates on the table with the full ones as soon as you are finished.' THE DEFINITION OF RUSHED?! I spotted a person moving around the room with an ipad, whose only job appeared to be marking off which tables were done eating that course so they could serve the next one. Indeed, we still had sushi on the serving platter when the waiter returned to say he needed to clear it because our main course was waiting to be served. We said it would have to wait; he responded he would need to send his manager over. (He didn't, until dessert when we were presented with donuts and the bill at the same time and told not to order teas or coffees because we wouldn't have time to drink them). The food (except the sushi which was mediocre) was excellent so it was a real shame we weren't given any time to enjoy it. My feedback? Don't offer a 4 course meal if you can't serve it properly. I dine at a lot of restaurants, I know what a 2 hour meal looks like, yet this is the first place I've managed to feel like it was a race to the finish line - and been explicitly reminded of this fact for the duration of the meal. Did not live up to expectations. Won't be back.

Enjoyed the dinner experience very much. Ambience is nice though for the excellent Asian decor , music seems out of synch ? Service was very helpful, good and engaging . Food was mostly good though the wok fried veggies were a bit overdone and soggy. Will definitely return .. also tried the British IVY and had a great meal !
