I think this place is now a place to be seen rather than eat. I asked to be seated away from the music but was sat next to the dj who was playing dance music so loud I couldn’t talk to my partner. Then a lady started playing some sort of mandolin over the top. The service was ok. Although they disappeared when we wanted to pay our bill and leave which is annoying. The loos were disappointing; not especially clean and had run out of soap and paper towels. The sushi was lovely. Delicious and fresh and looked amazing! The pork belly was also very tasty. The veg tempura were pretty awful. Thick tasteless batter and a really boring selection of veg, mainly sweet potato. I kind of expect more for a bill of £150 especially when I was only drinking water! Gotta do better for me to return.

Chaotic and rushed experience. Got steaks wrong 3 times Cod was half the size of my friends and had bones in it and no miso on it. Weren’t even offered desserts - just given complimentary doughnuts as an apology for everything that went wrong and then told to give table back. Not enough time to enjoy 3 courses. Not impressed.

Staff were incredibly good, very attentive. They did slightly rush us off the table for the next booking but we weren’t far off leaving so it didn’t spoil things

Visited for tea before and had such a nice time! I was excited to bring my friend for tea for his birthday. However, we were slightly disappointed. The food offered for tea was reduced in volume overall and we left feeling hungry. The service wasn’t impressive; we weren’t checked in on nor had plate cleared before we had to ask for the bill after sometime, additionally the host was apathetic, bordering rude. On a positive, we were given complimentary mochi ice cream for our celebration, which was lovely! That being said, I’m not sure we’ll return.

We very much enjoyed our dinner in Ivy Asia with my family. The ambience is superb. Food is delicious but portions were so little as per price.

A fabulous & beautiful experience w my mum, the staff were outstanding we were treated so well & the food was gorgeous 💚 the restaurant was stunning fit out out & cool Dj. Thank you for the special treat for my mums birthday 🎁 there were 2 x top waitstaff Reese & a ever so helpful lady too who gave us such great advice for our holiday around London. Thanks Carol & Theresa

Really enjoyed the Ivy Asia this time round, our waiter was honestly fantastic and he made our visit memorable. I would defo recommend the Ivy Asia to friends and family.

I have been few times over, but this time the service was not the same. I got over there on time, but no table available, they left us waiting on the corner without any information till I have to approach someone and ask for help. Not sure if return.
