    Ordered OK, but. 2 small plates came out slight problem when there was 3 of us. I asked about my friends small plate was told it will be there when it was ready, then 60 secs later, waitress came back to ask what she had ordered...... So it wasn't coming. Food was great just wanted it to be served at the same time. The 12.5 % service charge added on is not something I like. Plus when you are ppayingg over £200 on a lunch, I don't like the you have 2 hrs. Compliments to the chef, food great shame.the service let it down.

    Lovely setting, food was ok, didn’t blow me away for the money and was put on a table by the bar so had people standing over us while we were eating. Not the best atmosphere to have meal as they had a DJ playing, sounded like we were in a club. Overall slightly disappointing.

    Delicious food, very imaginative, excellent, helpful and friendly service and the most stunning decor and ambience. Strongly recommended, and we'll be back.

    Beautiful and sumptuously presented food in the most attractive, vey relaxed and ambient atmosphere. We chose the two-course £22.50 taster menu and added extras (‘for the table’/sides/desserts) to enable us to sample a number of dishes (all of which were not in any way ungenerous). A truly wonderful afternoon 🤗

    Amazing atmosphere, fantastic music snd vibe for lunchtime. Food excellent. Love love the decor. Fantastic meal for my daughter’s 27th birthday, including the added bonus of a birthday candle and sorbet balls.

    Really good lunch with great service from Mared. Ivy Asia is good value for money considering the level of service, ambience and quality of food. Never fails to satisfy!

    Second time here. First time was excellent. This time I'm afraid not great. Don't get me wrong the food is outstanding. But... Waitress spilled water all over me talking to someone else while pouring. Didn't offer to clean it up. Rice came out 15 mins before food and was then cold. There was 5 of us and we all ate at different times, like they assumed we would be sharing each starter or something? The final straw is that we all met up here from different countries, the plan was to enjoy a meal together. One of us didn't receive our food at all!!! By the time the last person had eaten the final meal was yet to arrive and when chased they said they will ask the kitchen if its coming.....knowing they didn't place the order in the first place. Oh also we received king prawns instead of prawn toast. We were offered free drinks which was an insult given at cost price this was still a win for the restaurant and a complete loss for us. They get our £240 and we won't be back. Which is unfortunate as I say the food is outstanding, but no point going if we're not all going to be fed. Shame.
