The Italiano, the newest masterpiece by Chef Joey Maggiore and his team of culinary geniuses, located at 90th Street and Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale, the elevated Italian restaurant will be The Maggiore Group’s sixth concept introduced to the Valley’s award-winning dining scene.

The Italiano exudes an ambiance of casual elegance, blending warmth with sophistication, while offering authentic Italian dishes that transport you to the very heart of culinary tradition in Italy. The menu will feature the flavors of old-school red sauce Italian cuisine with a Chef Joey touch. Interactive tableside experiences will include an antipasto cart where guests can curate their own plate with over 30 different items. There will also be a must-try Limoncello cocktail cart and a Zabaione dessert cart.

The Italiano's lounge and bar will be open at 3pm, and reservations will begin at 5pm for main dining.

Wow what a fabulous place! It was my mom’s 90th and they really made her feel special. We loved the food and the service was top notch!

Our second time dining at the Italiano and it once again delivered an amazing dining experience. The atmosphere, service and high quality of all menu items exceeded our expectations. We have dined at both the bar and in the main dining area and enjoyed both experiences. The level of service is the over the top with the wait/bar staff appropriately checking on you as well as managers that genuinely have interest in wanting to speak with you about your dining experience. The Italiano has nailed it!

The food, service, and ambiance were fantastic, although it was a little noisy. We had the shrimp and polenta appetizer, the italiano salad, and the pasta bolognese. Will definitely return.

The wine and food (octopus, shrimp scampi and rigatoni with shrimp were delicious. Our server was excellent and very accommodating.

If you're looking for an exceptional Italian dining experience, The Italiano is a must-visit! From the moment we arrived, the warm ambiance set the perfect tone for the evening, blending a cozy, inviting atmosphere with elegant touches that made it feel special yet comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing authentic Italian flavors with a modern twist. Every dish we tried, from the creamy risotto to the perfectly cooked pasta, was a hit. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the chef's attention to detail was evident in every bite. Our server, Ken, truly elevated the experience with attentive, friendly service. He knew the menu inside out, offered great recommendations, and was always there when we needed him without being intrusive. The manager, Eddie, also stopped by our table to check in, adding a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated. Overall, The Italiano nailed it with fantastic food, stellar service, and a charming atmosphere. Highly recommended!
