A lovely evening out for dinner that did not involve pizza or pasta. Coming from San Francisco where good sushi is abundant, I was happy and impressed with Fusion. We sat at the bar for drinks (yummmmy and so creative) and dinner as well. We were treated to cocktails especially mixed for us, based on what alcohol we preferred. Fabulous experience. I'll be back.

the restaurant is very good, wonderful setting and well decorated, wonderful music but the sound is a little loud, more particularly I enjoyed it very much, the food is very good, I've been to many restaurants with this style of food in the USA, food is simply wonderful

Upon arrival they seem confused about whether we had a reservation and when they determined we were Open Table reservations versus hotel guest we were segregated away from the main dining room as were all other non-hotel guests. The food we were served was excellent. There was a preset menu for New Years Eve and three courses were skipped over/missed. We finally gave up and left just before The New Year so we could get outside and enjoy the local fireworks and parties.

Lovely location and environment, however the service was so slow and non attentive. We ordered drinks that never arrived and waited for ages to order our food. When we finished the drinks that did arrive, they never asked if we wanted to order another drink. Food was very nice when it finally arrived. Shame, this place could have been amazing.

Myself and Sisters ended our Tuscan trip at the Fusion restaurant with a wonderful dinner and unique/delicious cocktails; the best way to spend our last night in Italy!! Food was phenomenal, ambiance and vibe was perfect.
