Welcome to the hoppiest place on earth! Fixation Brewing's tasting room, the incubator, is the home of hoppy beers, you could even say they're our... Fixation.

At the incubator we pour straight from our bright tanks, so you know the beer is the freshest it could possibly be. Enjoy our year-round favourites, Freshly Hatched limited releases, and our incubator-only brews: we are constantly brewing new and innovative creations just to be served in our tasting room.

We have some great food options on our end of Smith Street: Order from our local pizzeria, Red Sparrow, with QR code ordering that brings the food right to your table, or indulge in one of our Falco Cheese Melt toasties. Outside of Red Sparrow's hours, we are a BYO food venue so you are more than welcome to bring in anything from our local neighbours for your party.

A great place to try some super tasty IPAs and other interesting beers that are made on location. Friendly staff!

Not many sugar free options for drinks, but otherwise some great variety in beverages. The toasties are unreal and the staff are very friendly.

I've come here for many years, and will continue to come for many more. Great venue, great staff, and the best IPA's in Melbourne.

A great brew house. Beer is excellent, service is laid back and fabulous and even the toasties are superb. Highly recommend 👌

Great beer, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. A great place to catch up with friends and family for a drink and pizza was great from red sparrow 😋
