* The Iguana Restaurant is an open-air restaurant, that overlooks the city of Puerto Vallarta and serves contemporary Mexican cuisine in an elegant ambiance. Retractable walls take advantage of gentle coastal breezes and crystal chandeliers add soft light while water dances in the adjacent courtyard fountain. The dining room wraps around an outdoor patio with shady palms and another central fountain. In between is nestled the boutique Tequila Bar, serving a wide array of top-flight tequilas and mezcals.

    Another great evening at Iguana Restaurant. Aldo as usual was a terrific server as was all the staff. Food was excellent especially the steak I ordered. The mariachi band as always was terrific.

    We celebrate our anniversary every year at this fabulous restaurant.my husband ordered the filet and I ordered the portobello mushroom . Servers were amazing . A perfect evening

    This is an outstanding restaurant. It was being constructed (so to speak) when I was last here in 2014 and I knew I had to go when I returned. The venue did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty and service was top notch. The food was exquisite and the decor fabulous. We were fortunate to have as perfect table in the top corner of the restaurant with a breathtaking view of the Bay and the subset. The whole thing was magical, and even though it was a bit pricey, I have absolutely no regrets. I give this restaurant the highest recommendation.

    A truly refined experience in terms of ambience, menu and setting. Menu consists of excellent ingredients that shine, but aren’t overpowered, by Mexican-inspired sauces and garnishes. Duck with plantain mash was >.

    The Igauna is the most fabulous restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. The setting is magical. The food is the best and the service is 5 star. The Mariachi performance was so beautiful.
