* The Iguana Restaurant is an open-air restaurant, that overlooks the city of Puerto Vallarta and serves contemporary Mexican cuisine in an elegant ambiance. Retractable walls take advantage of gentle coastal breezes and crystal chandeliers add soft light while water dances in the adjacent courtyard fountain. The dining room wraps around an outdoor patio with shady palms and another central fountain. In between is nestled the boutique Tequila Bar, serving a wide array of top-flight tequilas and mezcals.

It's always a wonderful experience at Iquana. I took three first-timers and they really loved it. This year, there was a mariachi band and they were fantastic. The food was fantastic. And the VIEW...fantastic. I would never visit PV without considering a dinner/evening at The Iquana!

Nine of us for dinner and everyone loved their meals. Ferman is the most amazing server. Friendly and very attentive. One of our favourite restaurants in PV.

All our dishes were excellent. The appetizer of Squash Blossoms and salad and the red snapper. Service was impeccable. Always a treat to dine here.

This was our second visit to The Iguana restaurant and it did not disappoint. Wonderful food and service. Also, a Mariachi band performed during dinner and they were phenomenal.
