* The Iguana Restaurant is an open-air restaurant, that overlooks the city of Puerto Vallarta and serves contemporary Mexican cuisine in an elegant ambiance. Retractable walls take advantage of gentle coastal breezes and crystal chandeliers add soft light while water dances in the adjacent courtyard fountain. The dining room wraps around an outdoor patio with shady palms and another central fountain. In between is nestled the boutique Tequila Bar, serving a wide array of top-flight tequilas and mezcals.

    What a great evening and experience. Food was amazing and the service was even better! Kudos to the chef and servers who were very attentive. ( but mot too attentive) Cocktails were also special!

    Absolutely a must! We celebrated our 13 year anniversary. The previous Elizabeth Taylor’s mansion is like walking into a dream villa. The food was succulent and the service impeccable. Great for taking breathtaking pictures on a sunset. Highly recommend!

    Excellent food very good service we were extremely lucky and got a beautifully appointed table watching the entire skyline of PV with our own private fireworks show thrown in for good measure

    Incredible birthday treat. Black bean soup the best soup ever! The house is stunning as was Liz. Staff impeccable & prices very reasonable. Fabulous.

    It’s becoming a tradition for my friends and I to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries at Casa Kimberly. The wait staff is amazing, the food outstanding and, while most tables are occupied, every diner has a personal and intimate experience. Mil gracias!

    Amazing place to visit, the experience was incredible and the mariachi was the best part of the place, the landscape was beautiful either way! Don’t hesitate to visit anytime you’re in town.
