Walking into the Hutch, we had high hopes. The ambiance was nice, and the location & parking is favorable. However, once we ordered food, and the server took the order to the kitchen, everything changed. We were 1st told a pear salad was no longer available. Our friend ordered a different salad. Then, the server came back, to the same friend, and her entree was no longer available (brisket). She ordered a new entree. A few minutes later, the server came back that there was only one (1) of the special for evening left- for which we ordered two. Upon a new entree being selected, the server left to palace the new order. A few minutes after that (yes?!), the manger came over and explained the one special was already ordered by another table. We were honestly taken back at this point, but were determined to not let it spoil our evening. The salads arrived - both large Cesar’s- severed with the Romaine lettuce end still attached. The romaine was wilted and the ends already brown. We didn’t complain. The entrees arrived, and a salmon dish was undercooked- at this point we were not thrilled. We sent the salmon back- only for it to be returned with a couple of pasta noddles on the plate (we never ordered pasta). The server & manger brought three desserts immediately after we finished our meals- which we know was an attempt for an apology. It was appreciated, but a little too late. I should also mention, this was a 6:30 reservation?! We were fully charged for everything ordered- regardless of this unbelievable experience. That said, we will not be returning to The Hutch ever again.

Small menu but what they have is done VERY well! We will definitely be returning.

Food and service always impeccable. Gazpacho was refreshing and both of salads were wonderful.

The staff is superb and the service is awesome. Friendly and quick. I love the old country club decor. I feel badly for the staff having to work in 78 degree temps inside. I don’t like being cold in restaurants but my friends were dripping sweat.

We love the atmosphere, staff and food, but the noise is unbearable. After placing our order, we decided to change it to-go due to the noise level. We’ll unfortunately have to take the Hutch off of our list of restaurants.

The Hutch exceeded our expectations. Not only was the food amazing, the vibe at the restaurant was relaxed and inviting and the staff was caring and responsive. This was our first time at The Hutch, but will not be our last.
