Rose Garden Tea Room is set within the historic Rose Garden, the Tea Room offers an elegant and memorable experience inspired by the tradition of English tea service with a distinctive California twist.

Any party with more than 6 guests MUST call to make their reservation or email tearoom@huntington.org.
Please do not divide your party into multiple reservations, as each Open Table reservation will be treated as individual and will not guarantee adjacent tables.

Please note that visiting the Rose Garden Tea Room requires purchasing admission to The Huntington. When planning to visit the Tea Room, please purchase a separate ticket to The Huntington for the same day as your Tea Room reservation. Tickets are available at huntington.org

The most unusual and delicious flavors are served there. The teas are really delicious. All the items on the tray were presented nicely, delicious and made us feel really special. We look forward to another visit for a special occasion. Treat yourself once in a while!

It was a beautiful place to have tea but the food was just ok and left a lot to be desired. I would not come back again.

Tiffany is a great server. Attentive and patient. As my first time dining it was a high end experience that I could recommend! Great tea and food. Substitutions are great!!! Vegan desserts have room for improvement although foods were good but regardless amazing!

It was my friend’s and I first time here in the Rose Garden Tea Room and it was such a lovely experience! Love how the food is not too much and just the right size. I’m not much of a tea drinker but their tea called “Happy” is pretty good!

The tea room is definitely an experience that everyone should try. The food was delicious, the ambiance was great, the view was beautiful and the tea was fantastic!

Enjoy the experience, the food was delicious. The tea “Happy”was delicious. Love the green room next to the rose garden. Will be back soon! Our server Edgar was awesome!

Large portions provided and service was excellent, went out of their way to accommodate food allergy. Taste of food was good but not amazing. Surrounding gardens are beautiful but we were in the main dining room and it was extremely loud, not a relaxing experience.
