Fish and chips (best in DMV), mussels, hamburger were all terrific. Service was friendly, professional and timely. Ambiance warm and welcoming.

Lovely venue for family brunch, delicious food, a kid’s menu and wonderful service. We ate outside the covered terrace and it was a delight

I was, sadly, underwhelmed with the food, I ordered the mixed greens with chicken and it was tasteless. And $4.50 for two slices of dry bread was unreasonable.

Excellent food and outstanding customer service and excellent communication skills. A superbly run restaurant lead by a knowledgeable and customer oriented person who makes every customer feel like they are number 1 customer.

Second visit in a month. Food varies in quality but is generally good to very good. Poor service has marred both visits, both for lunch, one on a weekday, one on Saturday. Sat outside both times, both because the weather was good and the inside is hellishly noisy--high ceilings, hard floor. This undoubtedly accounted at least in part for the lack of service. Yesterday we sat for 15-20 minutes before anyone offered drinks, even water. Had to request setups when the food arrived, after which no one came to check on us. Sat for another 15-20 minutes after we'd finished eating before anyone came to see if we wanted anything else. Got the check, sat for another 15 minutes. No one came to collect and process it. Eventually brought it inside where an embarrassed hostess took care of the transaction. In both cases, I was in no hurry. Had it been otherwise, I would have had to make mutliple trips inside to ask for service. The place was largely empty, and was amply staffed. These are training and process issues, easily remedied.

Food was acceptable, though nothing special. Service was inattentive and a bit slow, though that may owe to our choosing to sit outside (which we did in part because the noise level inside is ungodly).
