Our server was amazing, he said was his first night, and he did fantastic, our night was great thanks to him… place and food are very good too!

Food and drinks were excellent. Despite reservations the wait time is pretty long but the manger and hostess did what they could to keep us comfortable while we waited, they were very pleasant. Our waiter was also very pleasant but overall his service was poor. He took our food order, luckily we put in appetizers and entrees all at once and that seem to be the only thing we didn’t have to repeatedly ask for or wait on until he realized another waiter started serving us. He did not check in on us throughout our meal at all because he was more focused on his larger tables. Little things need to be tweaked but overall it was good ambiance and a good food and drink experience.

Server was very attentive, ambience was great. Everything was delicious that we ordered, just wish there were more items to choose from. The menu is extremely limited, not many options at all. Outside of that it was a good experience. This was our first time here, will just be prepared next time to maybe eat a lil before we go as the food wasn’t very filling and like I said there weren’t many options.

I suppose the focus on champagne and brunch led me to believe that the menu would have leaned a little heavier toward what I consider more “brunch” type food - eggs, crepes perhaps, chicken & waffles - anything. In fairness, eggs Benedict was an option, but if you don’t like hollandaise sauce or poached egg, that’s the end of the brunch selection in my opinion. Our server was clueless, although pleasant. Timing was horrible; we ordered an appetizer but it arrived after our main course. Our server never realized this, as they have runners bringing plates out going table to table inquiring if it’s what you’ve ordered. Don’t get me wrong, the food we ate was great, the view and ambiance were superb. It’s not a brunch though; it was a meal served during brunch hours in a pleasant atmosphere.

Our group of 5 ladies were impressed with The House. We loved the ambience, the many different areas to eat in, the fact that a bar/lounge was available either before or after, and especially the boats going by. The food was good, and so were the drinks. There was a mix-up on tea, and our accommodating waiter somehow forgot to charge each of us the gratuity that was already charged on the bill. No harm. No foul.. We fixed it. Go! Sit outside if you can. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

We ate inside because it was a little cool outside. We were placed in a room by ourselves. We had to call the waiter over twice and I had to get up and find him for the bill. The carrot appetizer was nice. The artichoke heart was a soggy mess. The trout was just okay, a bit soggy also. The pasta pear gorganzola purses were just okay. We had to ask to have the dirty dishes removed and our food was literally just left at the table not even placed in front of us. The cheesecake was dry and hard ( inedible ). The wine was excellent…thank goodness 🙄
