The “High Tea” experience, an age-old tradition of gathering in the afternoon to share proper tea service along with a delicate tower of finger sandwiches, fresh baked pastries and fruits. Enjoy the afternoon in one of Fort Lauderdale’s oldest homes. High Tea is a sumptuous meal enjoyed in the early afternoon between traditional meals offering beautiful spreads of bite size items designed to be shared paired with a choice of tea. We host HIGHT TEA on the 2nd floor porch overlooking the new river, the perfect ambiance to add a little luxury to any casual afternoon. Nice restaurant with views of the New River In an old converted home Food is very good and is our go to place before the theater which is just a short walk along the riverfront

Food was ok. Staff was very nice but the food took over 40 mins to come out. Shame because the setting is beautiful.

Oh my goodness this place is straight out of a story Book ! I had the swing porch room and I felt so happy being there over looking the beautiful river ! The food was excellent every bite was delicious! Our waiter was amazing and he took us for a tour of the house afterwards and we got to see every room and learn about the history of the home . Absolutely a amazing experience

Good was unbelievable and the house itself is beyond quaint and lovely. Our waiter, Sean, was fabulous and they accommodated my food sensitivities.

The pre fixe dinner menu for $45 for a three course meal is a great deal. A variety of options in a beautiful setting.

The House is beautifully situated on the water. The views are spectacular! The staff were welcoming and professional. The food was tasty. We would absolutely visit again.

This was an unforgettable experience. We dined for my partner's birthday. We selected the swing room. Our severs were excellent and my taste buds are still smiling. The food and cocktails were delicious. It was all just perfect.

What an AMAZING experience River House was for me and my girlfriends last night! I have been super curious about this little gem, and Dine out Ft Lauderdale gave me a reason to check it out, and I'm soo glad I did!! This hidden, romantic jewel delivered in ALL aspects of fine dining.. the ambiance, the service, and the food.. OMG!! Delicious...every course, was spot on. Started with the roasted peaches and burrata cheese, then the deliciously delicate peach and garganzola pasta purses, finished with their cheesecake w/berry compote.. CHEFS KISSES! My friends all had something different, and everything was delicious, and I dont give out compliments like this easy. Will definitely be back and often!!
