The “High Tea” experience, an age-old tradition of gathering in the afternoon to share proper tea service along with a delicate tower of finger sandwiches, fresh baked pastries and fruits. Amazing Birthday dinner for my mom. We loved the decor, ambiance and most importantly the food. Our waiter was pleasant and the manager was super attentive. Thank you for great night out

First issue was no parking The room we were in with 3 tables was quite noisy. The food was good. Service was sub par. Had trouble finding server when we needed help. Not sure we would go back

Loved this little gem! Great food and we had a wonderful server. We had theater tickets and had to be in and and Out in One Hour and never felt rushed

Great food! great service! great ambience! great view of the river! So many interesting and beautifully decorated rooms in this historic house. Our host (a gentleman from Portugal) actually gave us a tour of the entire place since it was a slow night. I did not catch his name, but he was very friendly and was knowledgeable about the history of the building. Renaldo was our server and he was very friendly and offered amazing service to our party of four in the private "porch swing" room. We often come here by boat as its right on the river. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a great meal in a beautiful quiet setting. Especially on the weeknights as it seems to be a little slower.

The place is very beautiful but the food It’s too overpriced for what you get. The food is not even super tasty and the portions is very small. Not sure if I’d come back also because my app was at 2:45 and they told me they didn’t serve brunch and we wanted brunch. Not the best experience overall.

Best location. Nice server. Plates for entree were wet, when I told the waitress she gave me some paper napkins to dry them myself. Eggs Benedict were cold and had the thinnest slice of Canadian Bacon I've seen and hardly any hollandaise sauce. Coffee was served in paper cups, when I asked for a ceramic cup the waitress told me "they were all dirty or being used by other guests" I don't mind paying prime prices for a nice breakfast, but I like to get my money's worth. Not here. I will not return.

While our food was tasty, we were very disappointed in the service. We had to keep asking about our food, and drinks. The server seemed to have a little bit of an attitude. We may go back, but I'm not giving rave reviews just yet. Not sure if I want to recommend

Worst dining experience we have had in a very long time. The service was beyond awful. We were a party of 9 and I booked a private room. They set us up in a cramp, crowded hallway in a corner. When I spoke to the manager about the private room, he said that other people were getting those. I showed him our confirmed reservation for a private room and he basically said too bad. They finally moved us to a small private room but the music so loud we could not hear each other. The manager tried to turn it down but it wasn’t working. He finally had to turn it off altogether but he was angry at us because he kept complaining that now there was no music in the whole restaurant. He blamed us for that. We had theater tickets and informed the waiter immediately after we were seated. The food arrived so late we had almost no time to eat. It didn’t arrive at the same time and our daughter’s food never came at all. It took Sean, the waiter, forever to get us water. He couldn’t fine the menu with the specials and he didn’t know what they were. Someone ordered a drink which arrived very late. Sean kept apologizing but that was meaningless. The manager never came up to see if he could Help in any way. We had to tell them to take my daughter’s entree that never arrived off of the check. My husband’s pork chop was overcooked. My salmon was ok but very small. This was so awful that we will never return. And I will be sure to let everyone I know just how awful it was.
