The Horse and Groom Inn aims to provide great food and drink in a quintessential, traditional 16th century country inn. Dining is relaxed and informal in a friendly atmosphere. We stock a wide choice of wines by the glass, cask conditioned ales, lagers and ciders.

Our guests can enjoy dining in our cosy bar or restaurant areas. We welcome well-behaved dogs on leads. Children are welcome if accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. We also have a comfortable outdoor terrace and garden area with picturesque babbling brook.

We also have a small in-pub coffee shop and delicatessen! Selling the best of local produce, bread, milk and a selection of luxury food and drink items, the shop is open whenever we are. We also provide great coffees to drink in or take away.

Our menu focusses on great steaks and seafood (vegetarian/ vegan always available).

Note: There are two pubs called the Horse and Groom in the area - we are the Horse and Groom Inn at Upper Oddington.

Utterly delicious food! We stumbled upon this charming pub/restaurant during our weekend getaway in the Cotswolds. The lobster tail is a must-try! We had a delightful family meal in this cozy and quaint place.

We visited as a family for Father’s Day after hearing great things about the food and service - both of which did not disappoint! Staff were friendly and attentive throughout and the food (starters, mains and desserts) were thoroughly enjoyed by all 9 attendees! 👏🏽 Would highly recommend and we look forward to returning ourselves in the future for another special occasion.

We came for Father’s Day lunch, service was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, we will certainly come again! Family friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Really enjoyed our lunch, thank you!!

excellent choice of food. I was with a group of 8 and everyone enjoyed and would say way better than usual pub grub with fish done really well. Great venue and good service

We enjoyed everything about our visit here. The service was super attentive, the food was delicious (with loads of very good choices), and the pub was beautiful and very clean. We’ll definitely be going back soon!

The only thing I could criticise is that the sign in the outside dining area saying remember your table number and order inside did not say Please!
