Located on the Bath and Bristol border, the Hollybush is everything a great country pub should be.

We have two comfortable and modern spaces for dining and a large bar area for drinking. Whether you are in the mood to put your feet up and enjoy a freshly prepared bar snack, treat the family to an excellent dining experience or grab a refreshing pint in our wonderful garden, we look forward to seeing you soon.

We are proud to serve the best local ales, an extensive range of up to 40 gins and the finest wines. Our experienced chefs prepare a wide range of dishes using fresh, local produce.

Our desserts are to die for! We regularly receive fantastic reviews, especially for our cheesecake which customers have been know to travel from afar to experience.

We had lunch there today. I had the normal fish and chips which was lovely, nice light batter not greasy and thick cut chips. I would have preferred to have a garden pea option as I find mushy peas a bit dry. My husband had gammon and eggs with chips and no complaints there. The staff were very helpful and attentive and a good atmosphere.

We always meet here and have a great time. How ere our most recent experience made us feel that the waitress wasn’t interested in our feedback. Desserts were disappointing- did not meet expectations and were pricey.

'Smaller portion'of haddock and chips was just that, with the fish being less than half of a normal sized fillet. This was priced at £12, which was expensive in my opinion, when you consider my partner ordered Focaccia bread topped with beef blue cheese truffle mayo and onions for £9.50. The cheesecake dessert was also expensive at £7.50, when you consider the slice appeared only half the size of serving provided a year or so ago.

Food and beer were exceptional. Staff were amazing. Only issue was the car park was packed lol

Very attentive service from a friendly lady. Pleasant and clean surroundings. Delicious meal of Steak pie and mash but for £19 felt an addition of a green vegetable such as broccoli/cabbage would have made it exceptional.

The food was excellent as always but the service was terrible, very unusual and it was a Tuesday evening too ???? We didn't even get offered dessert !!!!

We dined at the Holly Bush for a Birthday lunch Good choice of food on menu as well as daily specials The staff were very friendly and efficient and we didn't have to wait ages for our food to be served would highly recommend this pub and will be returning

Great customer service, easy , friendly and very helpful. Plenty of staff at the bar ! I was asked 4 times if I'd been served after ordering my drinks . Staff even came and told me my table was ready 15 minutes before booking time but no hurry to go to it . They even came out to the beer garden to let us know a normal table was free inside to sit at as it was getting cold outside. Top service.

Russ , James and The Hollybush Team really are Awesome! I My small party of 4 were given the real from the heart genuine VIP treatment! I never thought marking my retirement could be so much fun!
