Located on the Bath and Bristol border, the Hollybush is everything a great country pub should be.

We have two comfortable and modern spaces for dining and a large bar area for drinking. Whether you are in the mood to put your feet up and enjoy a freshly prepared bar snack, treat the family to an excellent dining experience or grab a refreshing pint in our wonderful garden, we look forward to seeing you soon.

We are proud to serve the best local ales, an extensive range of up to 40 gins and the finest wines. Our experienced chefs prepare a wide range of dishes using fresh, local produce.

Our desserts are to die for! We regularly receive fantastic reviews, especially for our cheesecake which customers have been know to travel from afar to experience.

We dined at the Holly Bush for a Birthday lunch Good choice of food on menu as well as daily specials The staff were very friendly and efficient and we didn't have to wait ages for our food to be served would highly recommend this pub and will be returning

Great customer service, easy , friendly and very helpful. Plenty of staff at the bar ! I was asked 4 times if I'd been served after ordering my drinks . Staff even came and told me my table was ready 15 minutes before booking time but no hurry to go to it . They even came out to the beer garden to let us know a normal table was free inside to sit at as it was getting cold outside. Top service.

Russ , James and The Hollybush Team really are Awesome! I My small party of 4 were given the real from the heart genuine VIP treatment! I never thought marking my retirement could be so much fun! Great Food Fabulous Service superb ambience James, Russ ,Lauren Julie & Head Chef & Team Thank you so much for this lovely & truly memorable evening.❤️You guys !

We were a table celebrating a birthday, the birthday girl thorughly enjoyed her Tuna steak meal, my other daughter really enjoyed her fishy sharer but unable to eat it all as a main! I had butternut squash, aubergine and sweet potato tangine which I found rather laden with too many apricots! Still a very tasty meal and i do like apricots.

They really make an effort, the food is good, service great and decent prices. We can almost always get a table, it’s great. No complaints

We went to the Hollybush on Saturday 7th September to celebrate My husband birthday. Everything was soo nice, lovely food.

Upon arrival we found the venue busy with no parking available off the road. The noise level was very high in the bar area and garden outside. We expected to find the dining area quieter, but our table was adjacent to the main bar and only separsted by a low partition, it was therefore, difficult to hold any conversation due to the bacjground noise level. We ordered a drink but when the waitress returned to take our food order, we decided that the environment was not conducive to enjoying a meal, and decided not to stay. The waitress was understanding and allowed us time to finish our drinks, before returning to the table to settle our bill. Following this experience, we have decided to only visit during weekday lunchtimes, when previously we have enjoyed the ambience.
