The Hollybush, is situated just off the A435, Junction 3, M42, down a quiet and peaceful Gorcott Hill. We are a family friendly Pub that also offers dining, sourcing local fresh produce wherever we can. We have a beautiful garden where you can sit on the patio or even on the grass and enjoy the sun we get all day long. If you enjoy good beer, drinks & food then you have found the place to come.

    We make 99% of our produce on site here at the Holly Bush Gorcotthill and even go to the lengths of growing it ourselves to, we have the experience here to cater for Christenings, weddings, funerals. Be it on a budget or not we can work and help you from start to finish and make your day as special and memorable as you require.

    Before i carry on,the waiting staff were fantastic,there just wasn't enough of them. We ordered drinks when we arrived and after 20 minutes,they hadn't arrived,it wasn't busy. Our food order was taken and it took 40 minutes for the starters to arrive to arrive. No food left the kitchen for almost 30 minutes. The starters were good and once the food started leaving the kitchen,everything improved. The mains weren't great. One person ordered the fish tacos and,the person that ordered them said the fish was great and,he knows his fish and seafood. One person ordered Chicken tikka,again,they said it was good. My wife and i had cannelloni. It was over baked,dry and bland. We didn't order desserts. We left a good tip only because the two waiting staff deserved it. Not only were the waiting the tables,they were running the bar. Would i recommend people ? Only for the Sunday lunch which has always been very good. Our first round of drinks sat on the bar whilst the overworked waitress dealt with Phone calls from people trying to book Sunday Lunch. We went and got them ourselves.

    Great place. Amazing staff. Lovely food and super choices. The chicken Kiev was amazing as was the curry. Will defo come back

    Good menu with varied choice for a Sunday lunchtime including a few vegan options. Big car park, lovely tables and chairs in the outside dining area. Service was really excellent and our meals were brought out very quickly. Food was plentiful and well prepared. Ambience was spoilt towards the end of our meal as two other customers had more to drink and got louder, using bad language - clearly not intended to be offensive, just their normal conversation - but we had a very bright 6 year old with us and she picks up everything so not ideal! Nevertheless very happy to recommend the Holly Bush for a meal and we will be going again.

    Just had another Sunday roast here with 5 others, not sure what is going on with Hollybush but this time the food was not as favourable as my previous visit. Three had the chicken roast one went back to the kitchen for being under cooked, one other the chicken was tough. The two beef were good but as our previous Sunday visit, the place was virtually empty at 2pm! Quality of food seems a bit inconsistent plus I've noticed the owners don't seem to respond to Google reviews so not sure if they care! My Previous Review--- lovely roast dinner here & compared to our last visit a couple of months ago, the quality & size of portion we were served with this time was far superior! Maybe my previous negative review was seen & the owners/chef "tweaked" the servings a bit, either way a great meal with excellent 👌 service, thank you.

    The staff are lovely and joined in the banter. The food was excellent. The ambience was very quiet - hardly any diners, which is a shame for a Friday night. We will certainly come again.
