We eat here several times a year and usually enjoy the Sunday buffet. They were busy but not overly crowded when we arrived around 11 AM. My husband, daughter and her friend all got the breakfast buffet. I ordered an omelet off the menu and a cup of coffee. The food on the buffet was not good. French toast sticks rather than real French toast. Tater tots instead of hash browns. Pastries were dried out. My daughter's made to order omelet was undercooked. The waitress never came back after I received my food, until she was presenting us the bill. No refill on my coffee and the water carafe was empty. This was not the experience we had become accustomed to at this restaurant. Not sure we will return.

It was a good atmosphere. It was good food. The service was good. We will be back.

Surprisingly it was a rather quiet Saturday night at the Hershey Bistro - probably due to the rainy weather. This is a family favorite - and the top choice of my 19 year old son whose birthday dinner this was. When asked where he'd like to go for his birthday this was his top choice. The service was friendly and willing to work with all our questions and/or changes to items on the menu (I hate to change the ingredient combo a chef has created unless it is an absolutely despised ingredient - like blue cheese or feta cheese! All the food was great.....we tried some old favorites (blackened salmon and flatbreads) and tried some items new to us (mushroom soup and fries covered with pulled pork) and loved them all. Another satisfied family meal at the Hershey Bistro!

Making a reservation on Open Table makes dining so easy - table was ready when we got there The waitress was so cordial and very accommodating for our 3 year old The food was good as usual - love your menu Food served quickly and hot - all was delicious

The food was so delicious. I never had such good liver and onions with crisp bacon. Only $12.00 and it included two sides which were delicious. The staff was so friendly and always ready to help. It was my husband's 72nd birthday and they came and sang to us with a beautiful decorated plate with Happy Birthday written and decorations and also a cake with a candle in it. We all had fun and laughed and left the restaurant knowing we would return.
