The HC Tavern + Kitchen is a family-friendly, classic American grill located at Fishers District in Fishers, IN. We are open for lunch and dinner daily with a menu that features sandwiches, salads, steak, seafood, and beer, wine, and cocktails, with a brunch menu available on Saturdays and Sundays. All reservations will be held for 15 minutes.

Patio dining is first come first serve. We do our best to accommodate requests, but requests cannot always be guaranteed.

It’s was mine husband and I anniversary. They really took care of us. Service was amazing and the food was perfect.

I asked about the black cod special and sounded like waiter recommended. Honestly the fish was not good at all. Usually their specials are great. Was very disappointed after when the waiter said he discourages people from getting it. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ not sure why he didn’t discourage me it was terrible. Such a bummer from out of town and get to go here maybe twice a year to have a dinner that was sub par. Usually the food is good. Be careful what you order.

This place is delicious. I went with a friend and the 4 dishes we ordered were all divine; the cocktails were on another level, the attention of the waiter Josue and Chef Matteo were exclusive.

Disappointing! This is my favorite go to restaurant in Indianapolis when we go to visit our daughter. I absolutely ,love, love, love the lobster cargot and order it every time. Usually it is delicious with big chunks of lobster meat. NOT this time; my lobster was shredded, mushy & mixed with onions. I have NEVER had onion it before. I spoke with the manager & he was apologetic but his attitude was a little off putting. He did offer to take it off the bill. I hope that this is not the start of a decline in the quality of the food especially the Lobster Cargot. My daughter’s Scallops were delicious as was my husband’s steak sandwich.

Corn bisque is fantastic as well as the shrimp and lobster salad. Wife enjoyed the trout and we both crushed a side of beets.

My customer experience has always been a 10 at HC. The food was excellent. My husband and I split a Bacon Lettuce Tomato salad and it was excellent! Salmon was my entree and it was excellent as always. Thank you for another wonderful dining experience!

The atmosphere was nice. We were seated upstairs and it was relatively quiet. The menu had a lot of variety. The shrimp and lobster chopped salad was a good entree for me. The fish tacos my husband had were great. We also had cheese fritter that were excellent. Lots of fun drinks too.
