It was a great evening! Outdoor seating, perfect weather. Roan, our server, was attentive but not intrusive. We enjoyed it .

It’s very hard to get a table, even if you’re staying in the hotel. Some staff are super friendly. Others meh. One of those hosts was very surly.

I’ve been coming to Cooperstown every summer for 20 years so I have some input. The Hawkeye has always been a great spot for good food and beautiful views. It still is. I just found the service to be phony and obnoxious. Our waitress hated her job and it showed. A place this luxurious and expensive shouldn’t have people working here who don’t appreciate it. The host and hostess were fine and the burger was very good, watermelon salad wasn’t fresh and my girlfriend’s shrimp was ok. Regardless, you can’t beat the view outside.

This was one of our favorite restaurant experiences ever! It was kid friendly and the food was amazing. The chocolate cake we had was our favorite. Joshua was our server and he was excellent. Thank you so much for a wonderful meal and evening!

We enjoyed sitting on the patio for lunch. Beautiful view, good food and nice atmosphere.

Went for lunch. Beautiful views. Outstanding service. Interesting menu. Enjoyed. Make sure to go to Fenimore Museum before or after. Makes a great day.
