It is way too noisy in either dining area when the bar is over full….really makes it uncomfortable.

The Hawke is our frequent date night dinner. Food never disappoints. There is always something for everyone. Whatever you’re in the mood for. Not too difficult to find parking, but if you’d prefer valet they got that too. Ambience is nice with softer warmer lighting, but the noise level can be a bit on the louder side. Sometimes it’s difficult to carry a conversation without having to lean in and talk loud. But we chalk it up to everyone having a great time and enjoying some great food. Make The Hawke your next date night. You won’t be disappointed!

Dinner at the Hawke was beyond perfect. Our selections were delicious. Our wine and drinks were amazing. The service was great. Everyone is so congenial and willing to be accommodating.

Rather than our usual light meal both of us ordered full dinners. The filet and salmon were perfect.

Very long wait for food, over an hour. At 50 min, asked server about order and she said she would find out but sent manager over instead. The manager apologized stated she would remedy and personally bring order. She didn’t. A third server delivered entree and food was wrong. The corrected order took about 5-10 min but was delivered incomplete/without vegetable. The manager never returned but was at door with the Host/greeter ( perhaps owner?) as we exited. No mention of poor experience, just a condescending thank you/good night. Lesson learned. Many other dining options in this area. We made a mistake choosing the Hawke, you can do better.

What a great place! Atmosphere was fun and enjoyable and the food was fantastic. Had the truffle ravioli, the oysters and the ribeye. All were delicious!

We love the Hawke! Whether we decide to eat dinner at the bar or go with friends/family and grab a table. Its always delicious and does not disappoint! My son was in from out of town and he really enjoyed the Kansas City steak with an add on lobster tail! We also had the Lobster Bisque which was a special the night we were there and it was phenominal! We definitely recommend The Hawke! :)

The Hawke is two blocks off the beaten path of the bridge in Lambertville, but it is the crown jewel of the area. Food, drinks, service… absolutely top notch. Why go down to the city and be hassled with the parking, the costs, and the safety concerns? The same quality and experience is right there in Lambertville/ New Hope. The Hawke is the best experience in the area. Entrées, steaks, burgers, and the appetizers are insane. And the drinks and bartenders are creative and top-notch. The staff is happy that you’re there, and treat you that way. Why haven’t you gone yet?
