We enjoyed a very nice anniversary dinner on a Monday. The food, from the seafood tower, to the lobster and crab bisque, to the wedge salad, to the steaks and chops, was excellent. Donna, our server was exemplary; always there before we needed her and very pleasant and professional. Can't wait to go again!

We had a lovely dinner at the Hawke. We sat outside (under heaters), and it was perfect. Service was attentive but not rushed (even though the place was packed). Food was delicious!

We used to love The Hawk - but now not so much. It started when we arrived 10 minuted early for our reservation. We were told there were no tables available. We waited almost 45 minutes before we had to remind them we were there. What is the point of a reservation. I asked for a club soda with lime, but instead was brought a $7.50 bottle of sparkling water, the bar doesn't have club soda? Our waitress started out great, but then forgot about us. When our food arrived, our scallops were undercooked and had to be taken back to the kitchen. Still not the best. The noise level is ridiculous and you can barely hear the people at your table. It is very hard to carry on a conversation. I am extremely disappointed in the place and probably will not go back for a long time. We used to frequent the Inn At The Hawk all of the time and the noise level was never that bad. I am sad to write this review because it was a great local restaurant, now it is a place where they take you for granted. I would think twice about going back again . Also, you would think that a restaurant that charges such high prices for food would offer people with gluten problems, but nothing on the regular menu reflects that. In today's world, offer people choices who have gluten problems. Hopefully it was a bad night, but this was the 3rd time we went back to give it a try and 3 strikes you are out.

This was our first time visiting this fine establishment, and it certainly won’t be our last. Everything from appetizers to dessert was absolutely amazing. Our server, Donna, was extremely attentive and welcoming.

It is way too noisy in either dining area when the bar is over full….really makes it uncomfortable.

The Hawke is our frequent date night dinner. Food never disappoints. There is always something for everyone. Whatever you’re in the mood for. Not too difficult to find parking, but if you’d prefer valet they got that too. Ambience is nice with softer warmer lighting, but the noise level can be a bit on the louder side. Sometimes it’s difficult to carry a conversation without having to lean in and talk loud. But we chalk it up to everyone having a great time and enjoying some great food. Make The Hawke your next date night. You won’t be disappointed!
