Very long wait for food, over an hour. At 50 min, asked server about order and she said she would find out but sent manager over instead. The manager apologized stated she would remedy and personally bring order. She didn’t. A third server delivered entree and food was wrong. The corrected order took about 5-10 min but was delivered incomplete/without vegetable. The manager never returned but was at door with the Host/greeter ( perhaps owner?) as we exited. No mention of poor experience, just a condescending thank you/good night. Lesson learned. Many other dining options in this area. We made a mistake choosing the Hawke, you can do better.

What a great place! Atmosphere was fun and enjoyable and the food was fantastic. Had the truffle ravioli, the oysters and the ribeye. All were delicious!

The Hawke is two blocks off the beaten path of the bridge in Lambertville, but it is the crown jewel of the area. Food, drinks, service… absolutely top notch. Why go down to the city and be hassled with the parking, the costs, and the safety concerns? The same quality and experience is right there in Lambertville/ New Hope. The Hawke is the best experience in the area. Entrées, steaks, burgers, and the appetizers are insane. And the drinks and bartenders are creative and top-notch. The staff is happy that you’re there, and treat you that way. Why haven’t you gone yet?

Donna took the best care of our party if 4 celebrating my husbands birthday. Always made sure she had our drinks filled and the food runners were friendly too, my seafood pappardelle delicious. Steak cooked to perfection. Great night!

Horrible. We were one of two tables in the restaurant at 3:30. It took 45min to get our food, most of which we sent back. The crab and lobster pappardelle was inedible. It had no flavor and the sauce was water thin. The porterhouse was over cooked so we sent it back. This time the new porter cane out in 10 min. go figure. but it was raw on one side and overcooked on the other. The loaded potato was burnt as well. $200 check, no manager coming over to apologize, waitress disappeared most of the meal. DO NOT GO!

We had the salmon and ravioli special. Both were spectacular. Donna provided attentive service. We will be back.

Excellent waitress everybody’s food was delicious. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the patio area.
