We took my son for his birthday and he enjoyed it, but it was loud and the food was good but your there for the ambience.

The women’s bathroom was dirty, one stall had no toilet paper, there was no paper towels or soap and other stall was clogged. Received meal with no silverware, salt or pepper and had to ask for ketchup. Quality of food was good.

Great food and fun atmosphere. The server was friendly but struggled to return to our table for refills and condiments.

Loved the restaurant and all the staff in costumes! They had jeepers creepers character and billie the puppet from jig saw riding around on a tricycle when we where there! So much fun

Got right in with reservations. No res. 3hr wait. Food wasn't good burgers dry no flavor. Nachos soggy. They completely forgot my pasta, then it came out ice cold. Drink was good, chicken sandwich was good. Even with mine deducted from bill was still way to high for mostly bad bar food and no service :-/ Waitress never came back for refills or to see if we needed anything. They hv grade school middle school age kids working n little kids seated at bar. Not sure thats even alloud. Glad we did not go at lunch cause we would never hv gotten refills on the bottomless mimosas they advertise. Disappointed.

Took my daughter & friends here for her birthday. Had a great time! It was cool to have Michael Myers and Jigsaw posing for pics w/us. Food was pretty decent; would definitely return!👻🤡

GET A RESERVATION!!! So many people show up expecting to get in without a reservation at Halloween. It’s comical. I book 6 mths in advance. Such a great experience. I really wish they had more characters walking around or having the waitstaff dress as Scary Movie characters as well. I would love to see Jason or Freddie. We were married on Halloween so we come here every year for our Anniversary. I would still highly recommend coming here.

There weren't a lot of choices on the entrees. Two of us wanted a pasta item and they were out of pasta. We had 5:30 reservations. It took awhile to get our food. I ended up getting a hamburger and fries. The hamburger and fries were good. The atmosphere was weird. There were a few clowns who didn't talk and didn't do much. There were some loud alarms that sounded like fire drills with sporadic dancing by staff. It was too noisy to hear the waitress. The theme of the place sounded interesting, but the experience was a let down.
