                                                                              The place needs a DEEP cleaning. Tables were sticky, windows look like they haven’t been cleaned since it was Melt, the floors looked like they get mopped with dirty water. The food is overpriced but decent, same with the drinks, and the food menu isn’t very extensive nor has it changed since the last time we visited. Our waitress was PHENOMENAL. I wish I could remember her name, but she was great! The busboys seemed way too eager to clear tables, like they needed the plates and trays for other tables. We literally had to tell them several times we weren’t done so they wouldn’t take our stuff away. The new Michael Meyers was a little much, the old one is way better. New Mike was aggressive and not funny. However Freddy and the Nun were both 10/10. Sad we didn’t get Beetlejuice or Ghostface, just considering the time of year we assumed we’d have more characters floating around. Definitely doesn’t seem as busy as it was a year ago. I hope a few things change, this place has so much potential to be wonderful and keep going.

We were having a great time until one of the characters sat at our table and wanted to play a star off with my daughters teenage friend. They put money on the table and made my daughter's friend feel as if they had to put money down too. He put $3 on the table and that apparently wasn't enough. He then found a taco bell gift card to lay down. My daughter's friend lost and " Michael Myers" takes everything and leaves. Never came back to return his $3 and gift card! No one should feel forced to pay anything to have fun with the staff.

                                                                              Fun experience, especially during the Halloween season. Staff costumes and atmosphere were excellent. Food and service were both pretty good and I loved that they had a "Scaricacture" artist there too. Best to have reservations in advance. Negatives: small restrooms only had two stalls (long waits when busy) and for some reason our booth seating was awkward and slippery? Like the seats were slick and felt almost sloped downward. When my daughter first sat down she literally accidentally slid off like she was on a slide.

                                                                              This was my wife’s and my second visit. We brought our teenage kids for our daughter’s birthday. Everyone had a great time. Our server, Miriam (sorry if I misspelled it) was wonderful. She was actually our server on our first visit too. She was friendly and attentive, we couldn’t have been happier. The interactions we had with Michael Myers and Valak were super fun. And the food was great as usual. The only downside, and this was true on our first visit, was that the bar is very slow. Other than that we really enjoyed our experience and I’m sure we will be back again!
