It's a great concept, but lacks the execution. Walking in the door, you're greeted by a person behind a glass wall to get your name. Our reservation was for 6:45, seated around 7:10 to an almost empty restaurant. Menu options were so/so. Mostly burgers and pizza. Mixed drinks are very expensive but come in unique presentation. My beer that was ordered when we sat down, wasn't delivered to the table until almost the same time we got our food. The quality of the food was poor. Food had a very sterile taste and was not creative. Seemed like a burger patty was pulled out of the freezer and dressed up on the plate. The ambiance is good, the table side characters are terrific. We were there for my daughters birthday and they did a recognition of that.. Bottom line, if the food and service was better, I'd be happy to return.

Our family loves Halloween and we’ve heard amazing things about this place!! It really didn’t disappoint, it was fun and live Food was good, and priced well! Kids only complaint was not enough characters as they seen in reels/ videos. Still a great time though. We will be back!!

We did the Sunday Brunch. We went at 1:45 with reservations. We were seated quickly. Popcorn on table was amazing with kids! Characters came by lots and were attentive and kind around little ones. We ordered the Thriller Burger, the burger was great and flavorful as menu stated the potatoes needed cooked a little longer but nothing bbq didn't fix. Kids waffles were fluffy and nice. Pop was oddly warm? Overall great time!

Our family experience for the first time was awesome. The atmosphere was good, the waitress was polite and very attentive to our needs. The characters walking around the restaurant made it exciting and fun. They have a good birthday shout out. I ordered the penny wise and my husband had the Spaulding wings. The food is good. We plan to go again soon. It’s a good family restaurant.

The food we got was good. The waiter we had needed to do better. We did not get everything we ordered. We ordered the rosemary and the shaggy, We also ordered the brussel sprouts and one of their signature drinks but never got them. The experience was fun.

The overall venue itself was great, The atmosphere was fun, The ambience was perfect. The only negative experience we had was the server was not very friendly and I had to wait almost 40 minutes to get a alcoholic beverage and the staff didn’t seem very concerned about the issue!

Great Burger & Fries…we made reservations 6 weeks in advance & was 45 minutes early but still had to wait 15 minutes after our reservation to be seated. Ambiance is spooktacular! We will go back

Atmosphere is why you go! Food was ok, nothing to brag about. Service was fair, slow on follow-up on refills or anything. it’s worth a one time trip.

My lurch burger came out to me, with an ice cold bun. Like the grilled the burger and through it on the bun straight from the fridge. It was sent back and a second was prepared. Again, the bun was ice cold. They did comp the burger and I did not eat it. On the other hand, everything was great, including the cheese sticks and Brussels Sprouts.
