Love the food and bottomless mimosas at Hatch! A bit sketchy to get there but worth the trek.

What a nice local to enjoy brunch with friends! The food was wonderful and not a crumb left over. We sat at an open window which was a treat on a bright Sunday in Seattle. Our server was just the level of involved. She was helpful and respectful! This will be a regular stop for us.

Easy to get to from the Pier waterfront, not very crowded on a Friday evening. Great food and drink selection with excellent service. The food was superb (green Chile stew, beef tacos), and the special Don Julio 1942 was smooth. Easy to converse with a low to moderate noise level, and nice classic rock in the background. We would love to come back on our next visit.

Food was super delicious, and lots of choices for a large group. Our server was a bit overwhelmed by our large party, but the crew worked together and delivered all of our entrees at the same time, even with some latecomers adding their orders after the fact.

They had amazing South West food, so delicious! They also have really good flights of tequila. The owner and staff were really friendly and nice.

The restaurant was great with a great vibe. Nice selection of higher end tequilas. When I booked for Sunday afternoon I did not realize they only had a brunch to 3 which was mostly 90% breakfast. I will definitely head back for more of the lunch and dinner offering’s.

Really enjoyed both the drinks and the food at Hatch. We had blood orange margaritas, chips and salsa plus some carnitas tacos that were outstanding! Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

We had a fine experience for dinner/happy hour. The margaritas and salsa were very good. I had carne asada and it was good and flavorful- but small portion of meat and a lot of beans. It was good but nothing amazing. It was also quite warm inside, on an 80 degree evening.

Everything went well until my plate came. The rice on my plate was scraped from the bottom of the pot. Very crunchy and dark color. Everything else was great!
