    Very loud Very hot Food was cold and my nephew got Mac And cheese which was swimming in watery cheese. Had reservations and still waited 20 To 30 minutes for our table

    We attended the Pirates and Princesses breakfast event. This is our 2nd year. Pricing is good, but I wish it included basic drinks like tea, water, and soda. We enjoyed the show. The kids really enjoyed the scavenger hunt. This is a really fun event for the 5 and under crowd.

    Don’t waste your time. The staff is young and rude. I made reservations to only be told that they couldn’t accommodate us inside but they could outside. Nope, that wasn’t going to happen when you knew we were coming and you seated walk-ins first. Finally got seated and waited 15-20 minutes before a server came to our table and the food wasn’t that good!!! Frozen burger patties and refried chicken wings. The kids never saw a foam party that was suppose to happen every hour. We were there for two hours waiting.

    The dinning experience is more than just food… interactive entertainment, dancing, live music and foam party experience for the kids. We will be coming back in the future.
