The food was delicious. Ambiance lovely BUT THE SERVICE...it was lackluster! It wasn't crowded with people, but our server was very inattentive to our needs. We could barely get salt and pepper on the table without getting up and asking someone else for it. I went to the River North location and received stellar service!

I’m usually a regular at Hampton social, they literally have details under my account so whenever I go there, it’s usually a pleasant experience. But this time around it was super noisy. They had a work party on 1/2 and then barely any tables open on the other half and felt super squished and super close to people to where we couldn’t even have a conversation. Not to mention the seating just felt super close. I was there for my birthday and it honestly just was not a good time. My cheeseburger was cold And to be honest the lobster mac & cheese noodles were not the best. And again I eat here multiple times I’m usually a regular, but overall my experience, especially for it being my birthday was a disaster. I ended up rescheduling my birthday dinner for a different restaurant for tonight to make up for my actual birthday dinner yesterday.

Most everything was fine. But they try and charge a 3.5% add on fee that’s not disclosed except in the receipt. It says they are adding 3.5% for no reason and you can have it removed by asking. Very shady.

A friend suggested this place. Foods were absolutely amazing. Service was top notch and I will visit again when I am in town next time.

Cute place to have brunch. Drew, our server, was polite and attentive. The food was good. We would return and recommend this place.

We came here after the Lights Festival Parade. Brunched at this location on earlier occasions, 1st time for Dinner. Beverages are not their strong point. Food is a different story. Loved the Brussel Sprouts, Bang Bang Chicken, Calamari, Shrimp Tacos & Street Corn.

We’ve been here serval times now. Service is always friendly and fairly attentive even when they are super busy. Food is good and reasonable priced - we like the chowder and Brussels appetizer. We also really enjoy the NA cocktail menu. Burger and fries are good, too! It is pretty loud during dinner time so we feel comfortable taking our young child and they always accommodate her with a kids cup, offering to store our stroller while we eat, etc, which I appreciate.

Had not yet been to Hampton Social and had high expectations. Went to dinner with a couple of business associates and the experience was average. Overall quality of the food was OK, nothing to brag about. Calamari was more bread than squid, the fish & chips was more breading than fish and the shrimp tacos were good, not great. The big winner was the warm lobster roll, which was delicious, despite the $36 market price they charged - was a bit surprised about that. Dining room was not busy on a Tuesday night and service was adequate enough, but again nothing WOW. So overall, an OK experience in general.
