Enjoyed a great brunch! Ordered the calamari and Denver scrambles. Portion sizes were good, and very tasty. Service was very attentive and friendly. Window walls were open and it was a bit breezy - so recommend bringing a sweater or jacket!

The pork belly should be removed from the Green Goddess Salad as it is mostly fat. Also, the 3% charge should be discontinued. Corry, the manager was very pleasant and also Tammy.

First, Open Table cancelled my reservation. The bartender took forever to get us a drink because she was talking to friends. No substitutions on the sides. Very limited menu, high prices, and small portions. The singer was good but too loud for the room. Will not return.

Joe, Thank you for taking the time to send me this feedback. Hospitality and the level of service that I expect of my team is next to none, it is evident that we missed the mark when you were here. You are correct that we don't offer many sides on the menu, but at request we should be able to accommodate substitutions. Ambiance here is meant to be "lively" which at times can come across to some of our guests as "noisy." When requested my management team should turn down the volume. I am sorry and I would like to invite you back to dine with us. I'd like to offer you a $50 gift card. Also, when you'd like to come in next please ask for me so I can ensure that my team is aware of the situation to ensure you have the same great experience our guests have come to expect and love. Always wonderful enjoying a meal at South Barrington Hampton Social. Everyone makes you feel at home. Excellent food! Great wine choices! Wait staff always enhances our experience! Hailey helped us this time. Made sure we enjoyed the wonderful food ambiance. She recommended the banana cream dessert. She was so right. Christian recognized us as a regular and came over to see how we were! Shrimp Tacos and Fish and chips-excellent! Wonderful afternoon!🍷❤️👍

On the positive side, the food was good and the service was good as well. The negative is that 3 tacos (a la carte, no chips or sides) were $28, the tables in the main dining area were extremely close to each other and this was not a conversation friendly place,

I really like this place. My one complaint would be the noise level. Granted it was busy, but the noise around our table was pretty high level. Maybe the booth area would have been more private.
