The food snd value were very good. The no substitutions policy -not so great. The only vegetable they had at all was asparagus. No one in my family eats it- no other vegetable kind of crazy. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant immaculate.

Extremely overpriced and the food delivery time is ridiculously slow. Server was pleasant, but 30 mins to receive appetizer and another 35 minutes to receive our lunch entrees. At this price point this level of service is unacceptable.

The atmosphere is great. However the prices have gone through the roof. $29 for a chicken Cesar salad, $21 for chicken tender appetizer, $15 spritzer (one drink) and $15 for a side of fries. THEN they have the nerve to charge a 3 percent surcharge to keep food costs down?!? Lunch was over $100 after tip. Oh AND there’s a $1.99 convenience fee to apple pay on phone using the scanner code on the table - which I would have never done if that was made transparent!

We sat outside for brunch so our puppy could join us. Two of the three of us ordered the Crispy Coconut Tofu Bowl, which was absolutely delicious. That being said, at $24, it was quite costly. They add a 3% surcharge, which I find sneaky and a bit unethical.

I really do object to the 3% service charge automatically added to our bill. Also, $16 for a glass of wine ??? for 3 tacos, a glass of wine, 1/4 of dessert and tip-- it was $50? REALLY not a good value.

The menu is half gone. The appetizer that I usually get and dinner are no longer on the menu. I had a dessert and left. We did 6 to 8 family celebrations a year there. sadly, I will not go back.

It is disappointing that you were not able to enjoy your regular choices from our menu. We have made some changes to our menu and have added some great new items, while still offering familiar items on our dinner and lunch menu separately. Overall it was a good time. The apps/shareables were pretty good. The Soup and steak entre were ok. The Mezal drink was excellent. Will go again.

My friend and I have eaten at Hampton Social in Skokie and in Naples, Florida several times. Even though our server was excellent the food was only fair. We both ordered the roasted chicken with potatoes. The seasoning on the chicken tasted different and it wasn't very good. My friend ate her chicken anyway but I got something else. I ordered the Crab cakes. The Crab cakes were good but way too much sauce. We ordered the donuts with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. The donuts were way too greasy. We had them before and they were really good. Not this time. We were very disappointed in the quality of the food. The server was more than accommodating in trying to make our meal satisfactory. However, her professionalism didn't change how disappointed we were with the food.
