We sat for 30 minutes waiting on a server and eventually had to leave. Staff are dismissive and unresponsive to needs. Will not return as this was the second poor experience.

We went early evening and were sat outside per our request. Our server was very slow to greet us, take our order and bring our food. We were disappointed in the service

The weather was perfect for an evening on a rooftop. The only thing we would have liked is the music to be not so overwhelmingly loud. But it is Nashville. :)

I was so excited to come here with 11 girls for my bachelorette party. It honestly could have been awesome but we were sat right on the end and the wind was just pounding through our table the entire time. We asked if they could put the shades down to block it as they had others down and they said they were not allowed to. We legit had napkins/straws and cups flying and knocking over on the table due to the wind. We really did love our food and drinks and I could have seen us staying here for a long time but because of where we were sat and the fact that they didn’t want to help us out, we were trying to leave as quick as possible. Vibes and food are great as long as sat in the correct place on a windy day!

I am very sorry to hear that you didn't fully enjoy your visit here due to the wind conditions on our rooftop. I apologize the staff mentioned that we are not allowed to close the shades, our system was damaged by a recent storm so some shades are unable to come down during this time. Always a good time and lots of pretty settings and walls for photo ops at all levels but especially the rooftop. The guitar shot is a must if you're celebrating any special event - get your camera ready before the sparklers sputter out. We came for the view, decor and drinks but we were all blown away how good the food was - didn't expect that. The Caesar salad - delish and crunchy. Lobster roll - wow. The shell drink is fun but gets kind of messy and a little too communal for 2024. Nice view of the Titans stadium and convenient parking in the garage below plus validation.

I made reservations for the rooftop not realizing the crowd and the DJ would be more for a much younger audience…the server was incredibly gracious when I asked if it was possible to move downstairs to a more subdued environment. She was able to reseat us downstairs immediately and our server downstairs was fantastic! You must get the shrimp tacos! They are delicious and spicy and messy and perfect! Thank you again to the server upstairs for moving a couple oldies downstairs…the vibe was great and the musician was enjoyable.

We sat at the rooftop and wouldn’t recommend the high top bar stools. They were very uncomfortable so if you end up going there request a regular table or a couch.

We unfortunately had very bad service and had to ask for someone to service us after 30 minutes. Very over priced I found too.
