The place was nice, but they sat us around 2 different friend groups that were extremely loud. Managers came to check on us because they can see the destain from our faces and us being on a date. Overall food was amazing the waiter was kind food came out fast just wish to have sat in a better area.

Food was great but our server was awful. We would’ve been understanding if they were short staffed and we would’ve been notified but the server just stood by the bar. Never checked on us. I ordered something and it was passive agressively brought to the table next to me. My friend ordered a condiment and was brought the wrong one, twice. On top of that 20% gratuity was already included, if it was up to us we wouldn’t have left more than 10%. We notified the manager but nothing was really done to accommodate us for our bad experience with the service. Would think long and hard before coming here. Can get the same food with better service elsewhere.

Decor, ambiance, and service were excellent. The clam chowder was a large portion, chunky and flavorful. The shrimp tacos were too spicy to fully enjoy, but we were warned. The short ribs were dry, even w a large portion of Demi glaze around the plate. Was expecting more overall and the food was just okay for higher prices. Maybe it was the food choices we selected.

Service was awful. Never asked if we wanted another drink. Server was difficult to find when needed and we had to ask someone who appeared to be the manager questions more than once. This is with the auto service fee added to bill.

The ambience at The Hampton Social in Orlando was nice, and while the food was decent (desserts were the highlight, with average entrees and appetizers) the service was a major letdown. Our party of six experienced incredibly slow service, with one request completely forgotten. For a restaurant of this caliber, it was surprising and frustrating. To add to the disappointment, a mandatory 20% service charge was applied to our bill. Given the size of our group, this was a significant amount, and it felt completely unjustified considering the poor level of service we received. It’s hard to accept such a charge when the basics of good service—timeliness and attentiveness—weren’t met.
