Our vision for The Grumpy Rabbit is to serve both Lonoke residents as well as people from surrounding communities and visitors passing through town. We want Lonoke to thrive and be prosperous and believe that leading by example and running a successful business will attract others to the area and inspire similar investment. Our hope for The Grumpy Rabbit is that as an anchor for revitalization, it will become a central location that draws foot traffic to historic downtown Lonoke. Additionally, as we employ both full-time and part-time staff, we are excited to bring new families to Lonoke, and know they will love the area as much as we do!

Or book our entire upstairs for up to 75 guests. You can also book our two-story covered outdoor patio or the entire Grumpy Rabbit for parties up to 175!

Our book club met at the restaurant on a Friday night at 6:00. We had reservations and were seated quickly. The restaurant was not as busy as we anticipated but filled up before we left. Our waiter was excellent, informing us of special menu items and giving suggestions when asked. He was very attentive even while running the bar. Our drinks (Bloody Mary's and Blackberry Margarita) were strong but tasty. The blackeyed pea hummus was very goof and the salads and entrées were good as well. One friend had a burger that she said was excellent. Another has the roast beef sandwich which was large and hit the spot. Two of us ordered the gouda Mac with chicken which was good but very rich. I would've appreciated some additional seasoning or flavors in the dish but overall we liked it. We ended the meal by splitting a slice of the carrot cake which was top notch.

So glad we took the time to stop. We had the meatloaf and soup&salad. All was top notch. There was enough to split the entree. 2 old fashioneds and dessert $70. Might be a little pricy but we had been traveling and did not want fast food. Really liked the flavors.

Great service in a fun and upbeat venue. All entrees were excellent as well as the appetizers. Definitely going back again soon!

The food was absolutely amazing! There was a little delay between a couple of the first courses but we didn’t mind at all. The GM apologized even though it wasn’t necessary. While all the food was delicious, the green beans and creme brûlée were over the top good!
