Our refreshed menus have new dishes such as Burrata, Keema Spiced Scotch Eggs and Cauliflower Wings plus the dishes that our customers love. You'll still be able to enjoy our famous Fish Tacos and Chop Salad. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to share with drinks and cocktails.

We have a brand-new coffee bar, drop by for a hot drink and a catch-up with friends. Bar stool window seats and charging points are ideal for working remotely. Located for easy pre-work coffee if you're commuting too!

Lovely friendly service. Sat outside on the decked area on a lovely sunny day. Food was excellent - all 4 of us had a lovely meal. Would recommend.

Our first time visiting the Grove and we were very pleased with the service. Various other reviews had said service was slow sometimes, but we were served very well. Food was good, although as we went on a Monday there were several items missing from the menu due to a busy Sunday. We booked for inside a few weeks before (Early July weather was not good!) but got moved to the terrace when we arrived, and then subsequently to the garden once a table became free. Lovely ambience outside looking across Leigh etc. Food was good, and we would go again.

We always enjoy eating here. The food is really good and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. One of our party was in a wheelchair and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The restaurant was busy and they coped very well moving customers around amongst the downpours. Look forward to my next visit.

Lovely setting on a sunny day for brunch, and the food we had was enjoyable. Service was generally good, but slow on a couple of occasions, despite there being plenty of waiting staff.

It was lovely, just a shame both umbrellas werent up. We would have liked to have stayed outside but it was so hot and no escape from the sun. Had a lovely lunch though with family

I used to be a regular here and the food was great. I looked at the online menu and decided to return after a long break.My party attended for lunch and the food was diabolical. The outside paint job doesn’t detract from the fact it all felt a bit grubby and another customer had to ask for his bill on 3 separate occasions, twice walking through the restaurant to do it. Drinks didn’t materialise without follow ups. 10 customers to a 3 server ratio meant there was no explanation for the poor service or errors. I had the ‘sandwich of the day’ £11 (and an extra £5 for fries) - the menu description ‘buffalo chicken sandwich with blue cheese and rocket’ - the served item - a pitta thin stale grilled folded flat bread containing nothing but a few wilted rocket stems topped with shredded chicken in an unappetising gelatinous unidentifiable sauce reminiscent of cat food in gravy and a garnish of 1990’s ‘caff’ side salad coloured in dollops of an equally unappetising brown ‘house dressing’. My fellow diners were equally unimpressed. This space offers incredible potential with its sea facing terrace, but with so many great offerings nearby I feel unless attention is given to its food, service and presentation, it may struggle to compete.

Our first time at The Grove restaurant and it was wonderful. Food was excellent & staff were very welcoming, friendly & efficient. Location was stunning with views across the estuary. We will definitely be back!

First visit since reopening and very pleased to say the food was delicious. The new owners, kitchen, staff and new menu have made this a place I would want to come again. Nice to have the option of a view while you eat. We had a 2 course meal and a bottle of fizzy and we enjoyed it all! SOoooo much better than the previous owners which, a few years ago we vowed never to return to eat there until they changed ownership because the food was absolutely awful. All changed now! Keep up the good work!!!!!
