Was really looking forward to a great meal….however disappointed….had a reservation held with a credit card. Ran out of 3 items we were interested in having and they still appeared on our bill (rectified when we brought to their attention). Ordered Caesar salad which was hardly one worth waiting for, bland and dry, (waited an hour to get it.) Entrees were good and wine selections were notable. Not sure we’ll go again.

Service was extremely slow, didn’t get water for 10-15 mins, didn’t get wine we asked to taste, server took 15 mins to get back to us to take our order. Very disappointed.

This was our first visit for their New Year’s Eve price-fixed menu. Loved the food - we ordered the duck and the scallops - and wine and how friendly everyone was. We will be back to try some other dishes and maybe a wine tasting!

We chose The Grove based on the positive reviews we read, unfortunately our experience did not match them. The ambience and service were very good. We were disappointed with both our entrees, especially the Eggplant Parmigiana. I ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese with beef, it had way too much sauce on it, and tomato was the dominant flavor without any seasoning. My wife had the Eggplant Parmigiana, it was extremely tough, unable to cut it with a knife. Pretty much unable to eat it. They did replace the eggplant with another dish. Hopefully this was an isolated experience.

Day before Thanksgiving, so there were lots of takeout pizza orders, which interfered with the speed of dining patrons.

In a beautifully decorated setting, this family-owned Italian restaurant, is run by Luis, and Jen. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal with loved ones. We started with the **Fritto Misto**, a delightful mix of shrimp, calamari, artichoke, and more. Lightly fried to perfection, it featured an authentic Italian touch with a slice of fried lemon. The **meatballs with the "works"**, as our excellent waiter Mac described, were flavorful and satisfying. The highlight was the **three-meat lasagna**, baked to perfection with layers of rich, savory goodness. To cap off the meal, we indulged in a decadent dessert aptly named **"Death by Chocolate"**—a chocolate lover's dream. The wine list is impressive. We enjoyed a Malbec and a Chianti, both excellent choices. A must-visit in Hobe Sound for anyone craving fresh and delicious Italian cuisine.

We had a party of five and a baby and had a fantastic family dinner. Our waiter was very good and the owner came by multiple times to make sure we were well taken care of. The food and wine are just as good as the service. Great gem in Hobe Sound.
