   There are numerous appealing options available in the valley, and I have decided not to return here. The Burrata appetizer was particularly perplexing; the beet purée overwhelmed the cheese entirely, resulting in a disorganized presentation. Additionally, the Gnocchi lacked flavor, with the creamy carrot sauce resembling merely blended carrots. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience.

   All of the food offerings were great. Fairly limited menu. Those at our table had carbonara, the clam pasta dish and the seafood and mussels all very good. The dinner salads are large and is more than enough for two or a small salad for four. Overall, a great experience will be back next week.

   Brunch on a gorgeous spring morning. Sat outdoors with view of the gardens. The hostess and culinary stewards were friendly, attentive. Egg dishes - strata and ricotta scramble - were excellent. Dog friendly, ample parking if you arrive early enough ro beat the crowds.

   We've enjoyed dinner at Copia numerous times and last night was one of the best meals we've had there. We didn't want the tasting menu, so we ordered "a la carte". We started with the beets & burrata. They were exceptional. For our main, we had the gnocchi with oxtail ragu and the meatballs. Both were delicious And, as usual, the service was excellent

   The Chef’s dinner option was fantastic! Salad, bread, pasta, entree and dessert cannot be beat. Each course was a beautiful fusion of ingredients creating a unique tasting experience. Well done!

   The kitchen was definitely having an off night with food taking way too long for the whole dining room and then our dessert being served raw inside. The server was very nice and kept apologizing and the manager comped some of our drinks and dessert after they remade it. For a burrata appetizer we would have preferred it to be served with crostini, instead of having to separately order herbed focaccia bread which didn’t really complement flavor-wise. In spite of that some of the food was very flavorful- the mussels were delicious and the rockfish good (but portion was a bit small). Also the vegan dish - gnocchi - was good but only had 7 bites of gnocchi for the vegetarian main, so we had to stop and pick up another dinner for her after. The ambiance is lovely and we would definitely try again with a different seasonal menu.

   Very slow tonight. Take more than three hours to finish a 4 course dinner.

    The farm to table cuisine was perfect. From the homemade focaccia and olive oil to the carrot gnocchi to the greens, and edible flowers. It was a perfect dinner.
