waitress and waiters were kindof dismissive, not happy, does not receive orders correctly and does not seem polite when taking orders going around on the table with no prompts for "next person" or "wait"

Friendly & helpful staff. The food & drinks were fine but nothing extraordinary for what they were worth. Nice seating & ambience. Overall good experience.

This was my second visit for breakfast. Unfortunately, our first visit was a lot better than this one! I the Florentine Croissant and it was stone cold. I couldn’t eat it. My partner had The Factory Breakfast, he enjoyed it. Coffee was good, and service was lovely. I wouldn’t visit for “amazing” food, but the building and fit out is very cool.

The pancakes we some of the best but we did get two kids brekkie burger assuming there would be egg and bacon on them as that generally is what you’d get, and unfortunately there was no description on the menu. When they came out it was a regular burger with a chicken Pattie. Most people would not expect this especially with kids who can be quite picky. My advice would be to change the burger to egg and bacon and not try to be fancy with a kids menu item. Unfortunately both my kids weren’t a fan and wasted most of the burger. Beautiful ambience though and very well done, I would just reconsider some of the menu items or at least put a description on the menu so people don’t assume and have some idea what to expect before receiving their order.

Venue interesting and an excellent conversion. Food was unexpectedly ordinary, potato scallops diabolical.

First time visiting and we will definitely be back with friends and family! The Grounds Factory is just gorgeous, the decor is on point, chairs and booth so comfy, coffee and food were just delicious! Cannot wait to go back, thank you to all the lovely staff and awesome service 👍🏻

Awesome spot. Food is on point. Ushers have great energy and made the highlight. Two minor points - Parking over 45mins is $20 - toilets at the Eveleigh Yards are filthy Experience st the grounds is amazing but the supporting infrastructure lets it down!
