It was hard to get the attention of the wait staff despite there being multiple waiters on the restaurant floor. They seem to be too distracted talking to each other in their ear pieces, or glazing over customer eye contact. It took me about 5 mins to eventually get the attention of waiter to get my bill !

Fantastic food in a wonderful atmosphere! And very near redfern train station or the waterloo metro, so no need to drive your car.:)

We have lunch today at the ground roastery. Really nice place for visiting but for me to comeback there is a lot need to improve. First is the food doesn’t have much choices, and a bit salty for our pasta dishes. The prices is ok not to dear not to cheap either. The staff need to pay tension more to the customer, mostly see them talk to each other more. The organisation is there but not really good organise. People come for experience yes they will but for them to comeback there is need to improve. There is no wild factor as all. Kind Regards, QD

We had a fantastic brunch at The Grounds Coffee Factory. It is a large venue so while it is busy the turn around for a table looked to be quite fast. Our food was fantastic and the coffee options were delicious. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Colombian Coffee and tropical Juice to follow. We will definitely be back and can not fault the service and food received.

Exquisite coffee and a lovely selection of quality meals for brekkie! Loved sitting amongst the imprevious look of the machinery, complimented by perfectly themed furnishings. The staff were efficient and welcoming, their timing for coffee orders and food was punctual and they checked in during the meal. Loved our experience and will be back again!

The place os very instagramable like the one in Alexandria. Food is ok, we love the coffee and hashbrown. The staffs are very nice and attentive.
