The Hacienda Del Sol est l’un des meilleurs restaurants d’Arizona, situé dans un cadre magnifique, au pied de la Tucson’s Catalina. Depuis la salle à manger du grill, vous pourrez admirer une vue incroyable sur les montagnes environnantes ainsi que sur la ville. Le personnel saura vous accueillir chaleureusement, avec l’esprit très hospitalier du sud. Vous testerez des plats élaborés à partir d’ingrédients issus du propre potager biologique de l’établissement, ainsi que de la petite production locale. La carte des vins du Grill contient une sélection de plus de 850 vins. Elle a été récompensée à deux reprises par le Wine Enthusiast Magazine, ainsi que par le Wine Spectator durant 16 années consécutives. Le restaurant est équipé d’une charmante terrasse ouverte qui fait office de bar, ainsi que d’une autre donnant sur le jardin, à laquelle est rattaché un petit salon où vous pourrez profiter d’une ambiance très décontractée. Chaque jeudi soir, venez profiter d’une musique jazz en live.Les vendredis et samedis soir sont quant à eux réservés à la musique country, au jazz version latino, ainsi qu’au rock classique. Enfin, vous pourrez venir écouter Marty Kool et sa musique blues tous les dimanches soirs. La salle à manger du Grill vous propose de vous restaurer au son du piano et de la guitare classique sept jours sur sept.

We had a very romantic and relaxing afternoon for the Sunday Brunch! The atmosphere is great. The dining area was not overcrowded with tables giving us a perfect setting view mountain views, both chairs facing the windows so we were in our own little slice of happiness. The food was top notch. The hot items were actually kept at an appropriate temperature, not lukewarm like the typical buffet. The cold items including the assorted gourmet cheeses, LARGE shrimp, oysters on half shell, chilled grilled vegetables were plentiful. My only request (nt a complaint) was that the carving station only served Prime Rib. A second item, like oven roasted Turkey Breast with gravy and fresh cranberry sauce would have made this spectacular. The price of $50/person included a complimentary champagne or mimosa (with $1 refills) as well as unlimited coffee, iced tea, and soda... OH, and the various mini desserts were made in house and were delicious. I had 5, including 3 that were presented by our server on a decorated plate with a candle for my 65th birthday! Prices are higher on special weekends like Easter and Mother's Day, but my understanding is that the menu is also expanded for special events.

Wonderful buffet brunch in a beautiful setting. Great variety of food from omelette station, prime rib, Belgian waffles and bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes to salad bar, fresh fruit, grilled veggies, shrimp cocktail and assortment of entrees such as mahi-mahi, pork and chicken. Lots of delicious desserts too! Would highly recommend.

The service and presentation was great! We ordered the charred octopus to start and it was delicious! Our entrees were Lobster/ Scallops risotto and bacon wrapped filet. Risotto could have been seasoned better and the seafood wasn’t cleaned properly; very crunchy. The filet didn’t taste like a filet, if that makes sense. It wasn’t tender like any filet we’ve had and parts of the steak were medium and some medium rare; we ordered MR. The apple bomb dessert was immaculate!! I definitely recommend it with an espresso martini!! Overall, I think the entrees can definitely improve flavor wise and even cooking. Do you get what you pay for? Not in my opinion, but I would give them another try. $207 I expect better.

Rock Saul, the restaurant manager, is a star. He greets the guests and make them feel special. He has an excellent staff (shout-out to Jakob, our server for a first class job). NY Strip was outstanding and our friends loved the prime rib. The Hacienda del Sol facility is a classic Tucson gem, not to be missed for special occasion dining.

The food and service was very good. My risotto was cooked properly but wasn’t seasoned. Almost all seats and tables were open, I did not appreciate being seated by the host in a dusty corner with my husband when we could have had a seat with a view. Our waiter was exceptional though, very attentive! Silverware was polished and clean. Wonderful live pianist.

I think we were on the wrong side we wanted a burger and there wasn’t burgers on the menu.

lovely views, courteous staff and properly prepared food to please a discerning palate, all without excessive airs or pretense. Tucson is my home and Hacienda del Sol is one of many reasons I call it home.

Excellent Sunday brunch with wide selection of foods. Lovely and quiet setting. Good service with very friendly staff. Valet parking a plus.

Brunch was fantastic! There was a complete selection of fruit, pastries, waffles, blintzes, omelette, charcuterie, grilled foods, salads….. best brunch for the price in all of Tucson!
