We are a first come first serve all day restaurant. Walk-ins of all party sizes are encouraged at any time!

Our journey started on a quiet West Village street called Carmine. Two brothers, Dave and Pete, made a bold decision. Without any business experience, any real plan, or anything resembling a thought beyond getting through the day, we opened a restaurant. What we had lacked in experience we made up for with spirit and creativity. We did not want to be businessmen. We were artists. Our little shop at 33 Carmine St. was our original canvas. We set out with a simple mission: to create a place where people would want to be. We named it after our dogs, Moose and Goose Lane. Our Flatiron location in September 2020.

Love the Grey Dog! One of our favorite spots we visit often. Need to go there for happy hour as we've also heard great things!

A great little place to find - and we were thrilled …however the service was lackluster… and the meal was ok. It has such potential. Interior is very cool - I’d go back in the hope that the service was better.

Absolute nut job homeless person decided to take over the outdoor seating area. Took away from what was , otherwise, a great food experience. The restaurant did try and handle the whole situation but there is only so much they can do. I still would recommend this place.

Super cute spot. We ate breakfast. The food was fresh and delicious. Great service and cool ambiance. Will visit again.

We looove grey dog soho, so we were pleased to read that people had good experiences with the Gluten Free menu, since someone in our party had a gluten allergy. Our waitress was extremely attentive and asked lots of questions on our behalf about the food preparation. One note is that some of the gluten free fried items shared a frier with non GF options which ended up being a limitation for that person. In the end we were all very pleased with our food and with the service 💕 thanks grey dog!
